Reason for Being
The reason Hunter exists is pretty simple.
We want to make a difference by helping companies learn to
conduct business with other companies in ways that are not
only more efficient, effective, and profitable but that are
better for everyone involved – better for the customers,
better for the employees and better for the shareholders.
Long before empirical evidence surfaced, Hunter discovered
that doing good was good business. We learned this in the
streets by running a business-to-business company, measuring
the results and observing the correlation between treating
employees right, treating customers right and successful growth
and profit. Even though today’s best companies are building
their business models around these now proven principles,
most remain stuck in an “excess demand, if you create
it they will come” mind set. And even when they recognize
that a new way of managing the customer side of their business
is required, they are unsure how to make it happen. Hunter
thrives on guiding others along the journey of turning their
desire for doing business well and doing what’s right
a reality.
