Bob Mueller - Operations Manager

On August 1st, Hunter Business Group welcomed its newest Operations Manager - Bob Mueller.  Bob has over 20 years of experience in the industry with a specific focus on B2B technology.  He has worked at Hunter for over three years on five different client programs.  Most recently, he led an inside sales program which generated over $4M for a retail merchandising product and solutions company which was a 13% lift above control and resulted in nearly a 100%

ROI.  

The Operations Manager role at Hunter is vital to ensuring the quality and consistency of the program activities.  The Ops Manager manages productivity, coaches reps, serves as subject matter expert and helps define the program’s vision and direction.  Bob’s years of experience inside and outside of Hunter enable him to be uniquely equipped to succeed in these responsibilities.  In just his first days on the job, he has already set his vision and goals: 

"Our calls and the information we collect in the database is our “product” and I want to be able to have pride associated with what we produce.  Our programs are designed around an economic model that translates your activity into return on investment for our clients. Maintaining those numbers is the key to providing ROI to the client. Part of my efforts will be spent on removing road blocks to success in this area as well as sharing my experience in achieving results."
