Chief Operating Officer

Nedra L. Sadorf is Chief Operating Officer at Hunter Business Group and is responsible for business development, solution development, and client relationships. Nedra has 15 years of experience in consulting, customer value delivery, business solution development and large scale program management. Her areas of focus include business process application, Lean and Six Sigma, loyalty research, and economic and quality measurements.

Nedra has applied her expertise in a wide variety of industries, including government services, health care, chemicals, security, training, and finance. Her extensive customer and solution experience enables Nedra to effectively understand and synthesize needs and collaboratively develop efficient and innovative solutions. 

Nedra is a speaker and author on Customer Loyalty; Strategic Account Management; and Sales Effectiveness and has presented at SAMA (Strategic Account Management Association); DMA (Direct Marketing Association); IQPC; ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement); and ASMI (American Strategic Management Institute) among others.

Nedra earned her BA at Wellesley College and her MBA at the University of Illinois.
