Program Manager

Matthias Pope is a Program Manager and responsible for managing project timelines, budgets and resources, as well as designing solutions for client projects, developing the client relationship and contributing to the overall refinement of the Program Management Office.

As a Navy helicopter pilot for over eight years, Matthias not only learned how to deliver results in extreme environments such as the Asian Tsunami relief, but also gained years of experience successfully managing a variety of programs within the Maintenance, Operations, Safety and Training Departments. After receiving his MBA and transitioning to the private sector, Matthias went to work as a Project Manager for RLG International where he helped the leadership to manage quality, cost and schedule on the most advanced warship in the world, USS Gerald Ford (CVN-78).

Matthias earned his BS at Northwestern University and his MBA at the University of Illinois.
