John Eben is Vice President of Business Operations at Hunter Business Group.  John is responsible for Hunter staff that deliver results to clients, including ensuring a comprehensive Customer Asset Management solution that delivers measurable ROI for each client.  

John’s experience includes over 25 years in sales and marketing consulting and operations and over 10 years of experience in financial management.  He has helped a variety of organizations drive increased revenue by changing the way they go to market, including 3M, Hewlett-Packard, Panasonic, IBM, Steelcase, Toshiba, Amoco, Shell and Lexmark.  His experience includes large scale project management, building contact centers to drive increased customer loyalty and revenue, IT system design and implementation, economic modeling and metrics, and business assessments.

John also has had operating responsibility for several companies, including TeamTBA, a distributor of automotive parts and BC Tech Direct, a reseller of electronic office equipment.   His experience also includes six years in industrial distribution where he created and managed contact centers and led sales teams to drive increased revenue while lowering selling costs.

John earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Wisconsin.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
