Organizational Development Manager
Joan Oates is an Organizational Development professional with over 20 years progressive experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated leadership and competence in training and development implementation, performance management and recruitment and on-boarding processes. Joan helps to establish and document a recruitment process using the TEC Model and behavioral interviewing techniques to find the “right fit” helping to retain good employees for Hunter and Clients. Additionally, Joan plans, implements and manages corporate training and development initiatives to build organizational competencies both internally and with clients in order to help employees reach their highest potential consistent with corporate strategic direction.
Joan earned her BS at University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in Marketing and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
