Warren Lillund
Vice President -Consulting
Warren Lillund is a Vice President of Consulting
at Hunter Business Group and concentrates on new business
development.
Warren specializes in developing best practices
for team building and customer loyalty and has enjoyed success
in start-up, come-back and turnaround situations; as well
as international expansion initiatives - most recently in
Europe and the Pacific Rim. He has experience in implementing
CRM solutions and managing out-side sales organizations with
multiple locations as well as internal sales support teams.
Warren has worked in both the Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial
environments and brings perspectives from both arenas to the
benefit of our customers.
He has over 28 years of sales, sales
management, and executive management experience beginning
with 13 years at Xerox selling business equipment and office
solutions and managing teams throughout Wisconsin. Warren
became a Partner and Vice President of Sales and Marketing
for Northern Technical Services specializing in Engineering
and IT personnel contract and permanent placement. Warren
helped launch the field organization for Manpower Professional
as a Vice President General Manager for the Midwest Region
covering nine states and providing IT, Engineering, and other
technical staffing solutions. Prior to joining Hunter Business
Group, he was Vice President of Sales for a large, top 40
promotional products and services company, National Premium,
where he managed 5 domestic sales offices and 2 international
locations.
Warren received his Bachelor's degree from
the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.
