Tom Hoy is a Senior Vice President at Hunter
Business Group. Tom works directly with clients around the
world to design and perform B2B sales and marketing programs
to grow revenue and drive efficiency.
Tom is a proven leader in helping clients
integrate technology, processes, and operational components
to maximize the value of integrated sales and marketing models.
Tom’s executive level global client engagements include:
Microsoft, Mitsubishi, Pitney Bowes, J&J, Boeing, Chase,
Nokia, VISA, and others. Tom’s experience includes designing
and implementing solutions on every world continent, across
a wide variety of vertical markets.
Tom’s 20+ years in executive management
began at Mutual of Omaha where he was responsible for product
marketing and training. Following this, Tom spent 13 years
at SITEL, a global leader in customer care BPO, where he had
executive oversight of global sales operations, marketing,
and business strategy. As SITEL’s Senior Vice President
of Business Solutions, Tom managed strategic acquisitions,
global expansions, technology partnerships, and a professional
services organization focused on B2B sales and marketing.
Tom has been an active participant in several
global industry events and research forums. His recent industry
keynotes and trade journal reports include: (1) Aligning Customer
Contact Strategy with Market Strategy; (2) Mapping Market
Globalization and Customer Strategy; (3) Driving Product Penetration
through Customer Contact Strategies; and (4) Global Trends
in Marketing and Customer Contact Management for CEOs.
Tom has a Masters Degree in Business
Administration from Creighton University. He also has Bachelor
Degrees in Business Management, Psychology, Theology, and
Secondary Education. |
