Kerri Schmidt
Director of Organizational Development

Kerri Schmidt is responsible for Organizational Development and Program Management at Hunter Business Group. She is responsible for managing all aspects of client projects, including client satisfaction, budgets, project timelines and deliverables. She has a staff of Program Managers and Analysts who are responsible for delivering and executing on all client projects.

Kerri is a 26 -year veteran to consulting in the sales and marketing industry. She brings a solid understanding of the principles of sales integration to all client programs. Additionally, she has specialized in the recruitment and education of sales and marketing professionals. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies nationwide to build CRM programs, develop Marketing University programs, and develop recruiting programs designed to hire the right people. Her current and past clients include Johnson Controls, CUNA Mutual, Parker Hannifin, BellSouth, IBM, MasterCard International, 3M, Lexmark, National Restaurant Association, and many others.

She has been a frequent speaker at the DMA, NCDM, and Purdue Call Center Conferences. She·s also been certified by the Disney Leadership Program, Impact Consulting·s Living As A Leader, and MRA·s Lean Champion for Non-Manufacturing Environments.
