Hunter is continuously looking for talented individuals with business-to-business marketing experience. We provide leading-edge marketing solutions to clients with an emphasis on improving sales and marketing effectiveness and customer loyalty. Hunter offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative learning environment while making a difference serving Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries.

A typical engagement starts with a Hunter Client Officer at the strategic, planning, and programming level. It is the role of the Client Officer to share the client's vision, carefully collaborate to understand the business situation, diagnose the problem, and define a program solution.

The Client Officer will work closely with a Hunter Program Manager to develop and design strategic and tactical implementation plans for client programs. The Program Manager is responsible for continuing the client relationship, managing program timelines, budget, and quality of the program. The Program Manager must also ensure that the program meets the objectives established by the client.

To ensure the quality and timeliness of program delivery, Program Managers establish teams to develop and implement the solutions. The Program Manager will assemble a team from our functional areas of Organizational Development, Customer Insight and Customer Relationship Management.

Each of these areas is led by a Functional Leader who is an expert within their respective field. They develop innovative ideas and implement them within the corporate structure and client programs. Specialists support each functional area as resources on consulting projects.
