Insight Overview
The Customer Insight functional area specializes
in providing clients with insight into their customers' buying
behaviors, perceptions, needs, loyalty drivers, at-risk drivers,
and defection drivers. The Customer Insight Team provides
strategic direction and input into tactical programs so that
the client can act on the information they receive.
By making an investment in understanding
and aligning with customers at the front end of a program,
the overall methodology and approach for the program can be
more successfully defined. The Customer Insight Team does
not simply provide market or customer information to clients,
but instead provides actionable primary research.
