Development Overview
The Organizational Development functional
area specializes in designing and providing tools, processes,
and human relations competencies centered around recruitment,
selection, training, and assimilation of new and existing
employees. Unlike a traditional human resource department,
this team provides leadership in human relations as it relates
to sales and marketing and is dedicated solely to client projects.
The Organizational Development Team gives
clients the opportunity to either outsource their human resource
needs or to be trained on how to implement proven tools and
processes to their advantage.
