Relationship Management Overview
The Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) functional area provides expertise in assessing,
designing, implementing, and managing operational programs
for Hunter's clients. These programs, developed through proven
methodologies, are available to either be staffed and operationally
managed at Hunter or implemented directly at our client’s
site. Depending on the goals of the client, both pilot as
well as ongoing programs are developed by the CRM Team.
Tools and processes
created by the CRM Team have been successfully tested and
implemented in diverse business applications such as integrated
account management, opportunity management, lead management,
and sales force integration.
