GENERAL DYNAMICS

Outbound Lead Management Representative

Full-Time, Salaried

We are seeking an Outbound Lead Management Representative to partner with General Dynamics to grow business through penetrating the Department of Defense, Federal/Civilian, and Commercial markets. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify immediate business opportunities surfaced in the account contact
  • Update account and contact information as needed
  • Identify contact preference of each account
    • Define what the customer values in product, services and customer relationship
    • Understand customer preferences for information, contact media, and ongoing communication
  • Identify needs, decision makers, and gain a clear understanding of the buying process
  • Identify and document additional opportunities through targeted probing and relationship development.
  • Handle inbound inquiries.
  • Follow the established contact plan.
  • Maintain SalesLogix database by capturing all required data, which includes but is not limited to account and contact profiles with current information and activities, opportunities, and sending all related information to the opportunity
  • Reconcile or escalate account or order issues related to products or services to supervisor.
  • Participate when needed on client calls to provide customer insight on sell-in activities and general customer feedback.
  • Provide reporting on activities, sales, trends, and market information uncovered in dialogue with customers.

Qualifications: 

  •         Minimum two years sales experience
  •         At least one year of customer contact over the phone
  •         Persuasive communication skills
  •         Excellent relationship building skills
  •         Good articulation as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  •         PC Literacy, with working knowledge of Excel, Word and SalesLogix
  •         Experience in proactively growing and nurturing customers
  •         Computer hardware knowledge
  •         Designated market experience highly desired

MASTERCARD

Inside Sales Representative

Full-Time, Salaried

Hunter Business Group is a national business-to-business consulting firm that provides leading edge marketing solutions to clients with an emphasis on improving sales and marketing effectiveness and customer loyalty.  We are looking for a talented, motivated individual to join us in efforts to serve our client better.  This is your opportunity to work in a fast paced, learning environment while making a difference servicing Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries. 

MasterCard Worldwide is seeking a representative to partner and help grow business through prospecting, profiling, penetrating and strengthening business relationships.  The MasterCard role will require you to make outbound calls to penetrate existing accounts to sell MasterCard promotions, products and services, and secure long-term agreements to increase and sustain revenue.  You will also make outbound calls to new and existing accounts to affiliate banks and credit unions to sell MasterCard programs as well as additional affiliate products and services.  You’ll be held accountable for prospecting, closing sales, conducting account planning sessions, identifying new opportunities, handling inbound inquires and updating the SalesLogix database.  Experience in the financial or bankcard industry is helpful.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Minimum of two years in sales
  • Strong sales and closing skills
  • Ability to identify needs and provide solutions based on those needs
  • Good articulation
  • Persuasive communication skills
  • At least one year of customer contact over the phone 
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Lead generation and Lead qualification experience
  • Experience in proactively growing and nurturing customer accounts
  • PC literacy, with knowledge of Excel and Word
  • College degree is highly desired
