The inside sales representative is a highly visible position you will have the opportunity to help our client grow their business through contact with customers and prospects. 

 

SEEKING

  • A dynamic inside sales representative to be part of an exciting opportunity to build an inside sales center as a strategic foundation for our client, who has demonstrated success in: 
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Selling services and closing business over the phone to new and existing customers
  • Growing business through penetrating and strengthening business relationships with both customers and prospects
  • Meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals set for the position

 

Qualified candidates have: 

  • A minimum of two years of proactive contact over the telephone with either customers or prospects
  • Strong sales and closing skills, with the ability to identify needs and provide solutions based on those needs
  • The desire to double earnings through a performance based compensation plan
  • Excessive drive, commitment and courage to aggressively and consistently prospect 
  • Excellent rapport and relationship building skills
  • PC literacy
