The inside sales representative is a highly visible position you will have the opportunity to help our client grow their business through contact with customers and prospects.
SEEKING
- A dynamic inside sales representative to be part of an exciting opportunity to build an inside sales center as a strategic foundation for our client, who has demonstrated success in:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Selling services and closing business over the phone to new and existing customers
- Growing business through penetrating and strengthening business relationships with both customers and prospects
- Meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals set for the position
Qualified candidates have:
- A minimum of two years of proactive contact over the telephone with either customers or prospects
- Strong sales and closing skills, with the ability to identify needs and provide solutions based on those needs
- The desire to double earnings through a performance based compensation plan
- Excessive drive, commitment and courage to aggressively and consistently prospect
- Excellent rapport and relationship building skills
- PC literacy
